Sanjeev Kumar Chadha
A seasoned Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer of the 1989 Orissa cadre, who served as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India. He previously held the position of Principal Secretary, Cooperation Department, Government of Orrisa, with additional responsibilities as Director, Agricultural Marketing, Member Secretary of the OSAM Board, and Chairman of OSWC.
Mohammad Mustafa
A retired 1995-batch IAS officer who served the Government of Uttar Pradesh with distinction. Over his illustrious career, he held several high-impact roles, including Principal Secretary of the Public Enterprise Department, Director General of the Public Enterprise Bureau, and Additional Chief Secretary in the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department—where he played a key role in driving industrial growth and investment in the state.
Dr. Dinesh Brahmbhatt
An IAS (Retd.), he is a distinguished former Secretary to the Government of Gujarat with over 36 years of public service—22 years as a Class 1 officer and 14 years as an IAS officer. He has held key leadership roles including Ex-DG of the Institute for Public Policy and Strategic Studies, Ex-ED of a national federation for rural development, and Advisor to multiple Government of India undertakings in water, power, infrastructure.
