Rajiv Ahuja Profile
An accomplished business leader with over three decades of experience across global corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. He currently serves as Group Director and Board Member at Navayuga Group and is the Founder of Anthem Academy for Learning. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Dell Technologies and American Express, managing communications, business development, and strategic growth across India and the Asia Pacific South region. Rajiv holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Punjab University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from Delhi University. Known for his strengths in leadership, strategic partnerships, and public speaking, he brings a dynamic mix of corporate expertise and educational innovation.
He is credited with pioneering hi-tech horticulture in Orissa and introducing high-value crops such as bananas, guava, and vegetables to small and marginal farmers, thereby strengthening the agri-value chain and increasing farmers’ incomes.
