Having been part of the early and scaling journeys of organizations such as Paytm, Snapdeal, and Letsbuy, he has grown alongside some of India’s most transformative digital businesses, building operations from the ground up and navigating the realities of scale, speed, and sustainability. His leadership style blends strategic clarity with execution depth, guided by strong ethics, long- term thinking, and a belief in building systems that endure.
As Co-Founder of Natural or Nothing, Balwinder brings a deeply rooted commitment to sustainable, transparent, and purpose-led business models.
