Ajay has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, securing key approvals such as FCO licenses and PESO clearances for CBG plants, and driving business diversification through strategic planning and execution. He is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, budgeting, and techno-commercial operations.
